Overview
A telecare system for seniors: a telemetry wristband with an SOS button, a mobile app for the senior and their family, an admin CMS, a portal for municipalities that fund the service, and an alarm centre integrated with the phone exchange, where paramedics answer every alert.

What I built
- 01Led an 8-person R&D team: sprints, the kanban board, daily stand-ups and product development oversight.
- 02Ran short tech sessions to grow the team — about technology, not only the project.
- 03Full-stack work on the platform, the alarm centre and its phone-exchange integration, and the Flutter mobile app.
